Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the CricNoble platform. By creating an account or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and CricNoble ("we", "us", "our"). Your access to and use of the platform is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

2. Description of Service

CricNoble is an online platform that enables users to:

• Create and manage cricket tournaments in various formats (Round Robin, Knockout, Group Stage).
• Record live ball-by-ball match scores and view real-time scorecards.
• Manage teams, players, registrations, and tournament fixtures.
• Access player and team statistics, points tables, and match history.
• Share tournament results and live scores with fans via shareable links.

3. User Accounts

To access most features of CricNoble, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Accounts created by individuals under 13 will be terminated without notice.

4. Tournament Organiser Responsibilities

If you create a tournament on CricNoble, you take on the role of Tournament Organiser and agree to:

• Provide accurate tournament details including dates, format, and rules.
• Conduct the tournament fairly and in accordance with the rules you publish on the platform.
• Ensure that all participating teams and players are aware of, and consent to, the information being recorded on CricNoble.
• Manage team registrations, fixtures, and match scoring responsibly.
• Not create fraudulent, misleading, or duplicate tournaments.

CricNoble is not responsible for disputes arising between organisers, teams, or players regarding tournament conduct, results, or prize distribution.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CricNoble to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation.
• Upload or transmit any content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform or its servers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, other user accounts, or our backend systems.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the platform without prior written consent.
• Record or distribute false match scores or fabricated player statistics.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks, and software on CricNoble — including the name "CricNoble", logos, and original text — are the intellectual property of CricNoble and are protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

Tournament data, match scores, and statistics entered by you remain your data. By submitting content to the platform, you grant CricNoble a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use that content to operate the service.

7. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CRICNOBLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of $50 USD or the amount you have paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending you an email. Your continued use of the platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in North Carolina, United States.
